Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Bill Bandhan (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lazy Tech Savvy ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), the company behind Bill Bandhan. If you are using Bill Bandhan on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Bill Bandhan.

Bill Bandhan is an offline-first billing and point-of-sale (POS) application designed for Indian retailers and small businesses. The Service includes: • Mobile/desktop billing software with offline capabilities • Inventory and stock management tools • Customer records and billing history • Cloud sync (optional, when connected to the internet) • Customer support channels We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To use Bill Bandhan, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law • Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

To access certain features of Bill Bandhan, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account • Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

You agree to use Bill Bandhan only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must NOT: • Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent activity • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the software • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent • Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

All content, features, and functionality of Bill Bandhan — including but not limited to the software, design, logos, text, graphics, and user interface — are owned by Lazy Tech Savvy and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Bill Bandhan for your personal or business use, subject to these Terms. Your business data (bills, products, customer records) that you create within Bill Bandhan remains your property.

Bill Bandhan offers both a free plan and premium subscription plans. For premium plans: • Billing is in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable GST • Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy (contact support for details) We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Your business data (billing records, inventory, customer information) belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of user-generated data. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your personal data. You grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not use your business data for any other purpose without your consent.

Bill Bandhan is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, we disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We also do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Lazy Tech Savvy and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill • Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account In any case, our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is higher.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by deleting your account through the app or by contacting us at support@billbandhan.com. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, if: • You breach these Terms • We are required to do so by law • Continued access poses a security risk Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your data will be deleted within 30 days of account termination, unless retention is required by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. We encourage you to contact us first at support@billbandhan.com before initiating any legal proceedings.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will: • Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page • Notify you via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect Your continued use of Bill Bandhan after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
